SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Orders are packed with care and sent out from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Please allow approximately [3–5 business days] for orders to be packed and prepared before shipping. Handmade, made-to-order, or original artwork may require additional processing time; any differences will be noted in the individual product listing.
Shipping costs are calculated separately from the product price. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping service and begin once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please get in touch as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, Agains Da Grain may not be able to redirect it.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their order.
Whenever possible, packaging and shipping materials may be reused or repurposed. A pretty box is nice. Keeping a perfectly good box out of the garbage is nicer.
