RETURNS + REFUNDS
A lot of what you’ll find at Agains Da Grain is handmade, assembled by hand, vintage, repurposed, one-of-a-kind, or created from found materials. Small variations and imperfections are part of the character of these items and aren’t necessarily considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another problem with it, please contact againsdagrain@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
For other returns, please contact Agains Da Grain within [14] days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Grain Mail
All Grain Mail sales are final and non-refundable.
Each Grain Mail pack is individually assembled and contains a surprise assortment of hand-selected, one-of-a-kind collage pieces. Because the contents of every pack are unique and part of the surprise, Grain Mail cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If your Grain Mail order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact againsdagrain@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be addressed.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Final-sale, personalized, custom, digital, or clearly marked non-returnable items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
